Greetings, 

From 23.04 in early morning hours I dont have internet.

I was paying for M tarrif while i had 2 months 10mb / s tarrif (S paket) while I have paid M tarrif.

Meanwhile when I called support they said to me that tehnician will come to fix that for 10 days or something and 23.04 have came and tehnician have fixed it, speed of dsl went to normal for what i am paying but now I simply dont have internet connected .

Edit: Power dsl and wlan is lighting stable green like it is normal, while after some time turns out red “info”

I am sorry for the touble you had over the weekend.

We had some techncial problems yesterday, now everything should be back to normal,

can you confirm that?
