I have been suffering with O2 since 24th of June. I created an order online for a DSL connection, and set up a technician visit at 24th of June. I took all my day from my work and waited for technician to show up. At the end no one came… Then I was given a telephone number to call by email from O2 (stated that if I dont contact in 10 days they will revoke my contract) which did not have an english option. I couldnt comminucate over the phone, so I expressed this situation through your online forum it took more than 1 week to get an answer. The answer was just asking about my personal data and I did not get any answers again. During this time of course state of my order remained as pending since no technician came and no one contacted me. Currently I am still waiting for a response to my original question from your forum.
Today, I contacted through your whatsapp service to confirm that I will not set up a technician visit anymore and cancel my order (NOT AFTER WAITING FOR 2 WEEKS TO HEAR FROM YOU!!) and I dont wanna be your customer. The person whom I contact from whatsapp wrote to me that it is not possible to revoke the contract, which is UNACCEPTABLE!
I will advise everyone (especially non-German speaking people) to stay away, because they made every step very difficult for me. I regret even looking into the company from the beginning.
