I have connection issue with DSL Router O2 box 6431 for past 3 months, no response from O2. I have case number: 587 337. It is very clear no DSL connection with Router. Is anyone assist here to resolve the issue. I have installed app and created the ticket number as ‘587 337’. I am not sure about next step, O2 customer number is just stupid machine repeatably asking to install the app for troubleshoot.  

Edit o2_Lars: Transfered from DSL/Router to English/Broadband

After the announce to use the app there is a dramatic delay… Stay online!!!!

I am sorry to hear that there were issues with your DSL connectoin. As far as I can see you already contacted our technical DSL departement and they had a deeper look into this. According to the data I can see you DSL connection seems to be working as it should again, can you confirm this? :-)
