Hello, 

Two or three days ago the link I received in the email stopped working, it keeps telling me there was a technical problem. When I try to log in to see the order status, I get the error message that the username doesn't exist. I tried calling the hotline but I don't have a number yet, and I sent a message on WhatsApp, yet have not received any answer.

Also, the last time I managed to log in, I wanted to change the phone number as I noticed it was uncorrect, but couldn't. If the order was deleted because they couldn't reach me, shouldn't I have received an email? 

I wanted to write an email to the customer service but apparently there is no email address, just the hotline that won't let me through and the WhatsApp where you don't get through the bot. Or I could chat, were I able to log in, which I am not.

Edit: Now I received another email with a (probably) different link but with the same text, but it still won't go through properly as it opens up the Community instead of the Bestellungstatus. Also, I tried checking the Bestellungstatus by clicking the "Bestellungstatus" in the menu, but when I want to go to the DSL Bestellungstatus, it tells me the page doesn't exist.

have your questions been answered in the meantime? If you want to call our support, you don’t need to give a phone number, you will also be connected, just wait a little.

My questions haven't exactly been answered, and now I have new ones as I received an email stating that there's no phone number in the system where the technician could reach me even though your colleague on WhatsApp changed my number to a correct one. Could you please check if the phone number really is missing?
