DSL Address Change

Hello

I’m moving to a different floor in the same apartment. So even in this case, I should ask for the change of connection or the previous connection works?

    Hello @pradeep1560 and welcome to our o3 community :-)

    If you are moving to a new flat it is necessary to place a moving order so you can use your DSL connection after moving. The connevction will not work in a new flat.
