O2 services are my worst experience.from 3 months i am apying continuously for no internet.everyday i am calling customer service they transfer my call to technical department and they are unable to solve my problem because i cannot speak german and they can't english. How i can terminate this contract because i am tired.

Hello @Drjsaini56 and welcome to our o2 Community :-)

I am sorry to hear that you have issues regarding your DSL connection. Have you already tried our o2 DSL Hilfe App for your smartphone? Some issues might be resolved by using this app, it may generate a short code that you can tell to our technical DSL service so they see that some checks have already been made.

If you do not speak any german at all I recommend to call with a friend of yours who does so since we can not promise that you will reach an english speaking agent.

You can’t terminate before contract period is over. Ask a German speaker for assistance with the telefoncall.

Of course the contract can be terminated if O2 does not comply with the contract. However, you need to request O2 to fix the problems first and give O2 a chance to solve the problems. I hope, that one of the moderators will support you.

Only Tel:0800 52 51 37 8 Kostenfrei is the problem solver, a moderator can’t help with technical issues.
