Hello sorry for using English.  I recently moved to Germany and became your customer with kabel 1gbit internet. It is activated on 12.07 and    i have a problem with my connection. When i check my download speed it seems fine on the modem and i can get 1gbit. But whenever i start a download it downs to 150-300 mbps and it stays like that.
I need to do a reset on the modem or wait like an hour or so in order to get 1gbit again on speedtests. But again on the second i start a download it downs again.
 Are there any restrictions on download on or maybe my modem could be the cause of that. I have a fritzbox 6660

Are you directly connected to the FritzBox by LAN or are you using WLAN with your devices? Is the connection itself stable aside from this or have you noticed any further irregularities?

Thanks alot for your answer :) 

I am using CAT8 Lan cable and no i didnt notice any irregularities. Just one time my internet down for like 10 minutes but i think its pretty normal.
I reached out customer service by phone and after a couple of hours later it was fine. I dont know what they did to be honest. I will be observing it for a couple of weeks more if it is becoming unstable. I think there was a block or something on my downloads by mistake.
