Do i need to return my router???

Hello my beautiful people!

i can’t remember if I purchased my router or if I’ve been leasing it during my entire internet service. I believe I purchase it because I’ve been paying the monthly fee of 39,99. Nonetheless, is there a way to confirm this? I will be cancelling my account in 2 months due to a move. I’m trying to avoid any future problems.

Please use the o2 DSL returns portal to return your rental router when your contract ends. If self-disposal is possible, the portal will offer you this option.

o2 doesn't sell routers so you will need to return it.

You can check the serial number in DSL return Portal as @blablup mentioned above. Please make sure to send back the device within four weeks after the contract has been finished.
