Hi, I have ordered a new DSL connection via O2. Do I need to buy a separate modem or is it included in the tariff price and would be delivered to me?

welcome to the o2 Community 💙.
When you ordered your DSL Contract you should have been able to choose if you want to receive a modem/router unit to go along with your contract for a small monthly fee. You can of course also use your own one, Here it is important that you choose a model that fits to the connection that you have ordered from us. Are you getting a DSL or Cable connection and which contract did you get, for the my Home XL with it’s higher speed you would need a model that is capable of Supervectoring.
