Did not receive sim card or router for O2 my home s

It has been more than 10 days but I haven't received new sim card or device for O2 my home s new contract. how can I track my order? how long will it take for router and sim delivery?

I have received the confirmation mail of the order my Order ID is WSFCXXXXXX. I also received a message telling me to confirm from a link sent via email. But I haven’t received any such link on my mail. 

Does it usually takes this long to deliver the sim card and router? I want my connection to start as soon as possible, my sim card is also activated. Please let me know when will I receive the sim card and router?

When I checked your data here, the simcard beloging to your o2 my Home S had already been activated. Did you receive it by now?

A HomeSpot Router was not part of the order, should we book a unit for you now?

I have accidentally activated the sim. I have not yet received it. 

Also I had placed an order of router with the sim. If I have to order it again, what will be the price per month for that?

I have ordered device O2 homespot 2 LTE. I have paid 9.99 for the shipping of this router.

Hello,

Is there any update about my order? Why hasn’t it been delivered yet? I am paying for it but the router or the sim is not delivered yet.

Dear @UsmanRouf ,

I can’t see an order of an Homespot (device), only an order of a SIM-card is deposited. I also don't see that you are charged a monthly amount for the router. Did you order a rental router or a purchase model?

A SIM-card is always sent to your contact address. Is it still up to date?

Hello,

Yes my address is updated that is [Adress deleted]. Please check on shipment of my sim card and send another one as I'm in very much need of the internet. 

About router, if there is no order for router. please send me the option or link from where I can place order of router. What are the prices of rental router per month?

Please do process my order soon and provide me with an internet connection.

Hello @UsmanRouf,

the rental charges for the Homespot 2 are EUR 5,99 per Month. There is also a one-time setup fee of EUR 49,99 and shipping costs (EUR 9,99). You can order it either with us or with our English hotline. Please let us know if you want to order it with us.

A new SIM card can only be sent to a new address 14 days after the change of address. Alternatively, you can carry out a SIM card exchange in one of our o2 shops. I have blocked the activated SIM card that was lost so that it cannot be used by others. Please let us also know if you want to order the new card with us later.
