 I terminated the contract last December 2021 and i sent the termination letter and i returned the router and im still receiving the bill for Feb

If you are terminating the contract early due to moving abroad, did you also send the Abmeldung from Germany and proof that are living abroad permanently? These are necessary.

Can you give us some feedback on @bs0s message? Was it a regular termination or an extraordinary termination due to a move abroad?

I moved abroad. I did not send the abmeldung. Jus the termination letter and I returned the DHL router before i left the country. Where should i send the abmeldung? Can i do it via fax or email?
