My internet hasn't worked for 3 weeks.
The O2 technical team can't even fix a DHCPv6 error. Very frustrating situation and I've been calling you for 3 weeks.

I a msorry to hear there are issues regarding the usage of your cable connection. If I understand you right you were already in touch with our technical department and a trouble ticket was raised for this issue? In that case our technical departmenet is already working together with the local provider to solve it as soon as possible so you can use your cable connection :-)
