contract to prepaid since I am living abroad

Hello all,

I have already lelf Germany but I want to keep my phone numbers. I would like to change the contract to pre paid. isn't it possible?

I also need to cancel internet connection, but I need to call the following number 0800 4444115. What is the international number for confirming a cancelation?

Hello ferrandiego,

sorry for the belated response. Here is what you can do.

1. Fill in this form: https://static2.o9.de/blob/12985648/v=8/Binary/kuendigung-umzug-ins-ausland-download.pdf  in order to cancel your postpaid contract(s).

2. Send the form to:

Telefónica Germany GmbH & Co. OHG

Kundenbetreuung

90345 Nürnberg

 

or Fax: 01805 571 766 

3. Pay the remaining three months after the cancellation.

4. Find a suiting prepaid plan for yourself.

I regret to inform you that we are not able to port your numbers from a postpaid  plan to a prepaid plan.

Since you have to fill in the form and send it to germany with the mail, you dont need to bother with a hotline to confirm your cancellation. ☺️

    if you would like to keep your numbers you could transfair it to e.g. sipgate (VoIP)!

    Rufnummernportierung beantragen – sipgate team Hilfe 

    You could use them via Mobile Phone (SIP App), PC or a "Telefon box" like Fritzbox.

    You could also use any other VoIP Provider (but i think he must be in Germany).

    OK for Mobile numbers you have to use Kann ich meine Rufnummern zu sipgate team mitnehmen? – sipgate team Hilfe Spigate Team. But it will work.
