Hi,

 

In 2 months I am moving a new apartment that was just built. This apartment has a fiber connection which is supported by another company (dns-net.de). As far as I know O2 doesn’t support this fiber connection.

 

How can I terminate my contract early because of this reason?

@Sagi_Guy You must try to transfer you o2 internet to your new apartment. If this o2 can’t do it, they must cancel your contract within 3 months. 
A o2 dsl flex Tarif you can cancel in monthly.
