Hi,
I have raised a request to cancel my o2 DSL contract as I moved to new address and it doesn't have o2 as an option. I have raised it couple of weeks ago and haven't heard anything after that. In addition to that, someone from customer care told me that I would to pay until 11th March which is unreasonable.
Please provide cancellation policy in English.
