Dear Team,

I have left Germany on 10th March and want to terminate the contract as I left Germany and due to personal reasons could not terminate while I was there.

I have lost my 4 digit code details.

Please provide me the easiest way to terminate the contract as i cant travel or send any hard copy or even make international calls from here to understand the service.

we can´t quite make do without some documents, I´m afraid.

Please take a look at our guide regarding the contract cancellation:

Please send us the required documents either by fax or old fashioned by letter.

If thats not possible, maybe there´s an electronic service which will send it for you (a digital fax provider maybe)? There are also a few providers who offer calls to different countries.
