I have my O2 home flex tariff and i would like to cancel it. I have send a notice of termination online and then I got a mail that I have to call costumer service in the next 10 days to confirm the cancelation. I have called and the guy from costumer service said that everything is in order and that it will be canceled. But i didn't get any confirmation of cancelation. He told me that I should get it in 2 days so I just want to be sure is that how it goes?
