Hello Team,

I moved out of Germany in June 2020 and I have sent the documents to the below address for my mobile and DSL contract termination but I have not received any update. Could someone assist me please ? Thanks

Moving to another country in times like these is not easy, I hope everything went as it was planned?

I had a look into the data and found your notice of cancelation from the 15. of July. It seems to me like you already had contact after writing here in our community, is this possible? In my eyes it looks like everything will now be canceled to the earliest possible date :-)
