Dear O2 support,

after many years of being a happy O2 user I had to terminate my contract as I’m moving. Termination is confirmed in ~2 weeks.

I’m honestly not sure about router. I received it from O2 in 2016 for one-time payment and kept it while changing tariffs.

Does that mean that this router is mine and you don’t want it back? And if I should sent it back, how to do that?

DSL routers supplied by o2 are loan or rental devices. They remain the property of o2 and must be returned to o2 at the end of the contract. Please use the o2 returns portal for this purpose.

Hello @public_nickname ,

it is as blablup has said, you can check in the return portal and receive all the necessary documentation there to send the router back to us for free. If you have any further questions, pleae let us know.

Kind regards, Sven
