This Company is really incredible, Im searchin for my contract and my invoices and nothing happens, there is ALWAYS a problem, supposdely momentan, but actually the just don’t want to share information. TOLL. I can not find my contract and my invoices, it is really beyond!

I have just tried it out: I can download my bills via "Mein o2" without any problems. So there is no general problem accessing o2 DSL bills.

Please make sure that you have properly registered your o2 DSL contract for "Mein o2" and that you use the landline number belonging to your o2 DSL contract to log in.

How does it look like now? Did the tipp you recieved from @blablup help? If you are using a different login to our community please make sure to log out here first and then log in or register with your DSL contract or use an inkognito window in your browser :-)
