I’m writing you with regards to my current landline/broadband cable internet contract, which expires in early August this year. I didn't see any option to extend the home internet contracts online (only mobile contracts), that’s why I’m seeking support.
When this contract was signed, I was given a hefty “technology” bonus to convince me taking the XXL (1000Mbits) plan at the time. My goal is to renew this contract keeping the same total price/tariff that I currently have (39,90 € after the bonus).
