Hello!
I have requested for my cancellation long time ago, as I closed a new contract with Vodafone after my 2 years contract with O2. Vodafone took care of the cancellation and I got the confirmation of my phone cancelation by not my DSL. Apparently because they (O2) didn’t recognize my kundennummer (how is it possible to recognize for one contract but not the other?).
Now I keep getting charges every month, but I can’t access My O2 anymore (it doesnt recognize the only Festnetzrufnummer I have available in my email), I moved out to a different apartment and don’t receive O2 letters anymore.
How can one help me with my cancellation?
