Hi,

I left Germany at the end of February and I cancelled both my mobile and WLAN.

The mobile contract states that it will end 30.04.2023 which is fine but the WLAN says it will be cancelled next year! 12.06.2024

Why is this the case? I have submitted all the required documents such.
