Dear O2,
few months ago (in September) I have moved to Czech Republic. I have also sent you back the router and Abmeldung confirmation. I realized though, that you still charge me, which I find unfair and against the signed contract.
I have requested refund of the last payment you have deducted from my card from my bank and I hereby ask you to stop charging me further. I’d also like to hear a confirmation that you will do so.
