I have canceled my DSL flex contract almost a month ago. But I haven’t got any confirmation from O2. Could you please check if it is done.

welcome here at this community. I have checked your contract and it has been terminated since February 3rd 2020. You will get a final invoice within a few days. Did you return the router?
