Hello, 

 

I have an o2 my home flex contract and I want to cancel it. I have called the hotline and they said me that I had to fill a formulary online to cancel the contract, which I did, and as soon as I get my cancellation date I can return the router.

 

My question is : can somebody confirm me that my contract resiliation was correctly made and received and do you know when I will get my cancellation date?

Hi @Sofyanr i am glad to welcome you here in our community. 
The deactivation of your flex contract will take place on may the 12th. This date should shown you in your Mein o2 Area. 
Please use our Router Portal for sending the router back 😉
