Hello,
I have an o2 my home flex contract and I want to cancel it. I have called the hotline and they said me that I had to fill a formulary online to cancel the contract, which I did, and as soon as I get my cancellation date I can return the router.
My question is : can somebody confirm me that my contract resiliation was correctly made and received and do you know when I will get my cancellation date?
