Dear O2 customer team,

I cancelled my O2 DSL contract about a month ago and it should have been cancelled on 03.03.2023

However, when I logged in to the O2 website (on 04.03.2023), there was a message saying the contract will end in 2 days.

 

Can you tell me if the contract is finished, or did I do something wrong?

I have looked here for the deactivation and can tell you that the DSL contract has been deactivated in due time on 03.03.23.
