Dear Sir/Madam,
I signed a two-year (24 months) DSL-contract with O2 company from 15/05/2018 to 14/05/2020. As terms I read and understood in my contract, I came to O2 shop to ask how to cancel my contract as it ends. The O2 staff gave me the address of O2 service team and asked me to write a cancellation letter and send to Telefónica Germany GmbH & Co. OHG Kundenbetreuung 90345 Nürnberg. I then wrote a letter immediately at that O2 shop and sent by DHL service with tracking number. I am sure that the letter arrived the exact address before 14/02/2020. Please find the attached picture for more details.
However NOW my contract is automatically extended one more year (until 14/02/2021). Please check one more time and cancel my contract as agreed terms. I almost finished my study in Germany and tend to come back to my home country in the next months.
I really do not want everything to get too complicated, but I will try my best to protect my right as I am living in Germany. You are a reliable and trustworthy company, I believe you will always do everything to maintain that.
