Contract Cancelation

Hi,

 

I have been having trouble canceling my month to month dsl contract. I left Germany at the end of September 2019. 

 

I have done all the right steps with sending letters etc but now it has dragged out for 5 months and I am still receiving bills despite haveing multiple confirmations of cancelation. I need someone to get this sorted for me as I have tried ever method of communication with O2 Germany and I can’t cancel this contract. My online account has become deactivated so I can even use “mein O2”

 

I’m trying to and have done the right thing but I just feel like I am getting scammed right now. Some help would be appreciated if we can start a private conversation I can provide all details and evidence.
