Hello,

I will be writing this e-mail in English due to convienience.

First of all, I am trying for months (almost 6) to get a decent internet connection. I have had nearly 8 different technician appointments, none of which worked, I was forced to pay those days in which I had zero internet too. Following this, I was sold another device (homespot) that supposedly would overcome my problem which cost me about a week to later find out that the person who sold me hadn´t the slightest idea that where I live it is not functional.

Later on I was sold another device (e-sim) for up to 250 Mbit/s. I called you during the last month to find out why I received on average 6 Mbit/s and the reply I got was that because of Covid-19, bandwith was used heavily therefore I wasn´t receiving enough speed. As if whole of this wasn´t enough, I checked and saw yesterday that where I live the limit happens to be 16 Mbit/s.

Now after this I called to cancel the contract and to ask you for 1 simple thing: Internet on my phone with unlimited volume and speed just like the e-sim contract that I was sold (mistakenly!). The person on the phone told me that I CANNOT absolve my contract because the time limit is reached and also CANNOT upgrade because I just upgraded my phone internet contract some time ago, just fyi I upgraded BECAUSE your services has not been working throughout this whole thing.

Today I was also told by a person on your hotline to send an e-mail to the kundenservice under kundenservice@o2online.de, which doesn´t exist!

I also just learned that I had to send a writing in paper format to explain my situation. Can someone help me clarify what this paper format looks like?

This has become too much, please help.

Regards,

Emre Yücel
