I have a problem with my internet line. I have my home L 100 from O2 and i use a speedport smart 3 as DSL modem, behind it a nighthawk xr700 as a router. All the cables are cat6. My problem is that I have a lag or delay in online gaming, after a lot of search I figured out how to check my dsl status and I have a problem with CRC errors and SNR margin! CRC errors in upload is 0. In download is 5049(so bad)! And that directly after restarting the modem. The SNR margin is 6db on upload and 10db on download. 6db is considered bad. I know that the problem happens due to a bad cables from the box outside to my home or the box itself has a problem, or using bad cables with my home network. As I mentioned before, my homenetwork is just great, I paid a lot of money to make it so. How can I fix the problem? Waiting your answers and solutions. (:

@Mohammad Alaa Alewi what Firmware you have at the Speedport smart 3? 010137.3.5.002.0. from 11/2019? How long the Router was online before you make the Screenshot?
@Joe Doe .Yes I have the last firmware. The crc errors in download happened after like 10 minutes.
I thought the problem with the router, so I bought all-bm100vdsl2. But still the same problem.
@Mohammad Alaa Alewi i think you want/need a VDSL Router with an english user interface. Thirst I must say that I don’t have much knowledge with the Speedport smart 3. 5000 errors is much, but I don’t know what is normal for the Speedport. I prefer to check your line with a Fritzbox 7530 or 7590.
If you can configure a German Fritzbox 7590 I know a shop, where you can rent the box for one month for about 5 Euros.
@Droggelbecher what you think about the stats from the Speedport Smart 3. Normal?
@Joe Doe why we want a german interface if the issue 8 have is with crc and SNR margin. I believe the fault with the socket in my wall, cable from the box to my home, or the box itself in my building. normal crc errors like 10 to 20 . I have an obvious problem.

I know! But it is behind a big closet and it is heavy to be moved. Anyway I did it.
I have never seen such mounted box. The TAE connector don’t seen to old. I think the cables behind will be fine. I am be afraid if you screw around there you have more problems.
Do you think the phone cable from the phone box downstairs to my home is the problem? I saw it and it looks like so bad. Also the box it self looks rusty.
This is why I recommend a actual Fritzbox, because o2 rent this router to their customers.
I already tried to do so. After long time of waiting, they but me on hold for like 30 minutes, then I hang up the phone. I tried the next day and the same happened. That is why I posted here.

I strongly recommend you to check if it is possible to switch your router. As @Joe Doe said before you should buy or rent a Fritzbox.
I assume after checking your connection its your hardware which causes the trouble and disconnects.

At first I had speedport smart 2, and I have been told to get another router so I bought All-bm100vdsl2 from allnet and still have the same problem, then I bought speedport smart 3 and you saw the screenshot of the crc errors. I haven't bought fritzbox 7590 cuz it has no bridge- mode to connect it to my nighthawk xr700 router. My hardware is good and a lot of friends have the same as I do without any problem. Ps: I don't have a problem with download or upload speed, it is all fine. I just have high crc errors and cause heavy lag during online gaming .

Could you please send a technician to check the box and cable in my building? Or it is not your job and I should issue a technician ticket?
