Hi, I have been a customer for over 2 years and terminated my o2 contract in August 2024 due to moving.However, I keep on receiving invoices for 1,06 euro each month. I cannot login into my o2 area to see what it is for (it seems that my account was deactivated as neither my email nor former landline number is recognized). What are these hidden charges for? How can I stop them?
