Hello,

 

I’ve seen a few people get some service from the o2 reps on the forums.

 

While my German is not excellent, I was able to ask for a transfer from my classic S to the L plan for my DSL line. This happened in November. Unfortunately, the customer service rep forgot to “activate” the deal.

 

Now there is a log of this deal on the o2 system, but every time I call to get it activated, I get put back on hold until the line drops (2 long 40+ minutes waiting sessions).

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have just checked for you and the changeover of your DSL tariff has already been ordered for 01.02 2021. Did everything work well during the sales conversation?

@o2_Andrea Yes, I was able to get the issue resolved. Amazing service I got on that call.
