Hi!
I have moved out of Germany in September 2024 and have cancelled my broadband connection. I paid the bill for September on the 4th of October. After moving out, the account which had the direct debit facility is now closed.
However, I got the final bill for 31.10.2024 to 08.11.2024 and it tried to get a direct debit from the previous bank account which failed. Can I pay this bill through another European bank account? I am getting a form to download and fill when I am trying to change my bank details through MeinO2. Please help!
