My boyfriend and I recently moved apartments, same street but a few buildings down. 

We organised an appointment for a technician to set up the Wifi connection at the beginning of March but they never came. So we had a friend who speaks fluent German call so that nothing was lost in translation. A second appointment was arranged for today April 9th and extra details were given - the reason for the first appointment not happening apparently. An email was received April 3rd to say that even more details were required and these were given on the same day over the telephone. Today we waited and the technician never came, we tried calling but we were abruptly hung up on, then passed from worker to worker, and eventually hung up on again. Please could you tell us what is required for us to get our DSL set up in our new address? Feeling very frustrated with the lack of customer service.

welcome to our community. Unfortunately there were several problems during the activation process. The present details concerning your address were equivocal. Hope you could clarify everthing for the next appointment by the end of April.
