Helllo, 

Lat month i moved apartment and I changed the owner of the DSL. The new tenant took over the contract and paid already the change and as far as I know also the month of September. 

My money was taken from my bank account anyway for the month of September, 30 euros. Why? I asked the bank for a refund because the new tenant has already paid the transfer and the month of September. 

Please explain, and please make sure I do not pay his invoices anymore as I have a new contract with O" now.

Please take a look at the billing cycle in your invoice of August 20th 2021. It started July 15th and ended in August 14 th. You handed over the contract on August 15th so this was your final invoice for the old contract which has to be paid. As I saw you did a returned direct debit your account shows an open amount of 29,99 EUR. Please transfer it immediately to avoid any trouble with collection agencies.
