Dear Mr/Mrs

I was wondering if it is possible to change the time for a technician online, through mail or similar? My German is not good. I have called 3-4 times the last couple of days and the German hotline redirect me to the English hotline. However, the problem is that after waiting 30-40 min it just say that I should call back later which get a bit cumbersome after some time. Anyway, I was hoping some1 could suggest what to do? My calendar changed so I am not home at the day of the technician and would like to change it to the day after in the same timeslot

welcome to our community :blush:

 

In terms of changing an appointment with a technician we always suggest to call our hotline, because our colleagues can immediately coordinate a new/possible appointment.

Do you maybe have a german speaking friend who can make the call? It’s possible to communicate here via a private message to check the customer data and write back and forth for a new appointment, but it takes time to arrange a new appointment and the time-window is very short in these cases. :disappointed:

Normally we can solve almost everything else regarding mobile or DSL issues, but in this case we suggest a direct call, sorry for that.

But if theres something else you need to know, we would be glad, if you join our community again. :wink:
