Hi, 

I want to change my DSL contract.  I need higher speed support.

How can I change it? I change it from 50 Mbps to 100Mbps DSL.

we can send you an offer for changing your contract. Have you already checked if the higher speed ist avaiable at your address? If that is the case, then please make sure that you have a current email address listed in your mein o2, so that we can send you the offer.

I’ve send you an offer for a change into the current my Home M with 100 MBit/s Bandwidth. You can review the offer and then decide within 8 days if you’d like to change your contract. After that the offer automatically expires. If you have any further questions, please let us know.
