when I requested relocation, they rejected because i dont have any TAE number nor the information of my previous tenant and i also asked to my landlord and he can not give me any information because of data protection. So the current landline landline & dsl connection is of no use at my current place. So i thought i should go for other connection in which this information is not necessary or use O2 homespot. Can you tell me is this possible to convert my contract?
