My name is Ibr069ar Mohammed , I have requested for Transfer of DSL connection from my old address to New Address , What there customer executive is he just take the Transfer request and told me technician will be there , But Today i Have received the request Paper where he Mentioned my Old transfer even in Transfer Request , How Would a guy transfer connection on same address .
I spoke to 6 customer executive niya sha , Naveen or allice what ever name they told . But today again they are just saying sorry and told will call you in 20 which they never do i know since i am following my transfer since last 7 days.
Every day new excuse , either server down or just disconnect my call.
