Change of apartment due to which requested for transfer of my DSL


Hello All ,

My name is Ibr069ar Mohammed , I have requested for Transfer of DSL connection from my old address to New Address , What there customer executive is he just take the Transfer request and told me technician will be there , But Today i Have received the request Paper where he Mentioned my Old transfer even in Transfer Request , How Would a guy transfer  connection on same address .

I spoke to 6 customer executive niya sha , Naveen or allice what ever name they told . But today again they are just saying sorry and told will call you in 20 which they never do i know since i am following my transfer since last 7 days.

Every day new excuse , either server down or just disconnect my call.

Hello @ibrar_mohd thank you for your post in our community. Your description doesn´t look good, i am really sorry for that.
How do you have ask for switching the adress for the dsl connection? Have you fill out a form and sent this to the customer support?

First all i am not able to make any online request for DSL move , then i called your customer care they did on my behalf , I am also singed a contract extension then they take the request , But think what an idiot job they , They transfer DSL from same address to same address , Which i have notice when I have received the document on 5th June 22, Which mention they will do on 15.07.22 , I just inform about there mistake then they told me Just sorry , But we cant change address so we would cancel first I thought ok do it , Then they told sorry we cant give you date 15.7.22 which was committed , After so many calls Finally i gave up , I told them give me whatever Date you think but make sure on correct address . Finally they told me and also i got an email which mention 26.7.22 . Just think about there mistake i am paying and my kids not able to see any TV or laptop due to this for 11 Days with out internet connection .

 

After they are also misbehaving like sir this is system we cant do , I donot know whether they will  make it or not.
