Dear O2 team,

I want to change my email address and home address for my O2 homespot account.

I do not have/remember PKK, I do not have My O2 account (not possible to create without PKK). I do not have access to my old email and house address.

I have my sim number, PIN, and PUK.

Could you please help me with it?

welcome to our o2 Community 😀
Unfortunately we are not allowed to make any changes without the PKK. 
You can find the customer code in your contract documents on page 1 or directly in My O2.
Alternatively, you can have your existing customer code sent to you by post using the O2 contact form.
You can also apply for a new customer code directly and upload the form : "Meine neue persönliche Kundenkennzahl bei O2" via the o2 contact form. 
Or you can ask for your existing code at any time in an O2 Shop.
All you need to do is present a valid ID document.
