Change current contract and technician date


I called and inquired about new o2 DSL home connection and they send me order details and everything.
I want to change my order because I do not want O2 TV M DSL in my current contract.
 

I also wants to change my technician visit date and I am not able to choose that.

I tried calling again and agin but no one is helping. 

 

I want to cancel my order completely and close the connection.

Customer service is very bad and I do not want to continue with them anymore

@nicolom Please try tomorrow the English o2 hotline.

And than did you order your dsl contract and how you order? (Shop or online/phone?)

I am sorry to hear that there seemed to be issues with your DSL order.

Did you already follow @Joe Doe’s tipp and contacted our customer service? Was every question answered? Or is there still something that you are unsure about and where we should look into? :-)
