I called and inquired about new o2 DSL home connection and they send me order details and everything.
I want to change my order because I do not want O2 TV M DSL in my current contract.
I also wants to change my technician visit date and I am not able to choose that.
I tried calling again and agin but no one is helping.
I want to cancel my order completely and close the connection.
Customer service is very bad and I do not want to continue with them anymore
