Hi O2 team, hope you are doing good!

I have the O2 Homespot service and want to change my billing date from the end of the month to the first day of the month, as it would be much better for me since I get paid by end of month, but I dont see any option to do that in the website.

Could you support me to do this change?

This would cost a fee of 29.99 EUR. Tip: Save this money, then you will have enough money on your account at the end of the month.

As blablup already wrote, changing the debit date of your contract comes with a one time fee. I’d also like to advise you that due to weekends and holidays it is not possible to guarantee that you end up getting charged on the same date every month.
