Hello,

In one month we will change address and we would like to see what options we have for internet. At the moment we have My Home M. In the new address as I checked it is not available as LTE ,only S , but for dsl and Kabel it has many options. What we can do? (Or we need to talk with hotline?)

This is for dsl contracts, not for LTE. It say to contact support. 


 


 Can someone from here check what they have done to my contract? I talked 2 times with the hotline to change some mistakes , the shipping address and the new address and now I see that they cancel today my current contract…

I see that the colleagues have cancelled the first order to move the address of your internet contract with us and today renewed the order with a corrected address.

Yes. After the 4th call and then with the activation department. But at the moment  I don't see any renewed order in my o2 account. Maybe it needs time.


@tritonk Yes, the colleagues addressed a ticket with the data for the move of your internet connection to your new address to our special department.

The colleagues from there will get the order going and then you will be informed by e-Mail.

@o2_Gerrit can I have an update please? Because if a new - change of contract is not in process I would like to just move the current one in the new address. Thank you.

I see that a colleague sent a reminder in the existing ticket to our special department, because he himself could not renew the order for the move of your internet, because the old order is still in the process of cancellation and blocking a new move order.

Hi @o2_Gerrit ,

are they gonna make the transfer or I need to contact again the support. Because so far I don’t have any info or message and the time for moving is coming. If it’s not gonna happen I will ask just for transfer the existing contract and not change to dsl connection.

I have contacted the colleagues from our special department and gave them the information, that I ordered the addition of your new address to our availabilitiy in order for the colleagues to proceed with the move of your contract and connection.

yes, I see the old order is now cancelled and you have already received an appointment when a technician is going to activate your new connection.
