Hi @arnaudlm,

 

welcome to our community. I checked this matter for you. It is not a demand which you got from us, it is a credit for the router. Since last year we took this amount on hold. Obviously the German bank account is no longer valid so we we unable to transfer this amount back.


I sent you a private message asking for bank details. Please reply.
