I am sorry to hear that you want to cancel your contract :-/
I had a look into this, it seems to me like my colleagues tried to talk to you to find out your reasons that led to the cancelation and if we could do anything so you would stay with us logner :-)
The cancelation is already entered and your contract will be terminated at the end of June.

I am also sorry to leave your DSL contract. But I am still using your sim card. And I have moved to studentenwerk dorm where they provide their own internet. For that reason, I don’t need DSL connection anymore. I am really satisfied with your service. and I am willing to continue to use your SIM card as long as possible.
