Dear Concerns,
I have ordered a DSL connection on December15, 2020. The problem is that for unfortunate reasons I have to leave the apartment this month. And in my new apartment there is already a DSL connection. It was confirmed to set the connection by the technician on January 5, 2021. Right now I have no other ways except canceling my order. I tried to call today to know the procedures but none answerd. For your information, I have ordered a DSL connection without minimum term.
Could you please check my order and inform me about the procedures of cancelling the contract?
