Dear Concerns,

I have ordered a DSL connection on December15, 2020. The problem is that for unfortunate reasons I have to leave the apartment this month. And in my new apartment there is already a DSL connection. It was confirmed to set the connection by the technician on January 5, 2021. Right now I have no other ways except canceling my order. I tried to call today to know the procedures but none answerd. For your information, I have ordered a DSL connection without minimum term.

Could you please check my order and inform me about the procedures of cancelling the contract?

Did you order in a shop?

If yes, there is no right of withdrawal within 14 days after signing the contract.

In this case you could cancel in the usual way, because according to your post your contract has no minimum term. Write a letter or a fax.

As I can see you already recieved some useful tipps here. How does it look like now? Were you maybe already in contact with our customer service to find a solution for this? :-)

Or are there still some open points were we can shed some light on?

I tried to contact with the customer service but it was really difficult to connect. Btw as I could not contact with customer service and I have a contract without minimum term I decided to take the connection and will cancel it after 2 months. Would you please shed some light on how to cancel the contract after 1 month?
