I have send the letter on 31 of October to the address to cancel the DSL contract but didn’t get a response yet. Where can I see the current status of my contract? And how long does it usually take to cancel flex contract for internet connection?
I can not use my internet because there is no connection between the buildings and the technician told that I need to rebuild that with the permission of my landlord. But unfortunately he is against it. So I need no cancel my flex contract immediately!!! I do no want to pay for services that I can not use!!!
