Hello.

I have send the letter on 31 of October to the address to cancel the DSL contract but didn’t get a response yet. Where can I see the current status of my contract? And how long does it usually take to cancel flex contract for internet connection?

I can not use my internet because there is no connection between the buildings and the technician told that I need to rebuild that with the permission of my landlord. But unfortunately he is against it. So I need no cancel my flex contract immediately!!! I do no want to pay for services that I can not use!!!

You will get a confirmation of cancellation after circa 16 days, so you don´t need to worry that you don´t received anything so far. 

You can also see the cancellation status in Mein o2 and in your coming bills. 

To which adress did you send us your cancellation?

Your Flex contract can be cancelled within one month after we get your termination letter.
