Hello, i want to cancel everything i am having with O2. Reason for that is because i apply for family package with 4 sim card(two for parents L, and two for kids S)in february 2022 and my wife's sim isn't active yet. Next internet for home.  Firstly I singed contract for cable internet and after they never connect me i visited their office and they told me that i should have new DSL contract because cable is not possible on my address. Tehnician showed up and there was issue with connection phone wire. I installed new one but they never come back. I visited their office again and than they told me that i can now hav Cable internet so i signed new contract.  And still after more than 4 months i do not have home internet and active 4th sim. So i want to cancel everything

Welcome to our o2 Community. I'm sorry that the activation of your DSL contract was so difficult and went not as planned
The colleagues from cancelation deaprtment agreed to your revocation and canceled the DSL contract. 

Regarding the cancelation of your mobile phone contracts i am sorry but we cannot help you with the termination, since the
Contracts have a minimum term of 24 months, so possible time for deactivation is in early 2024.

I'm sorry, i assume that is not what you wanted, but I can't tell you anything else.
