Hello,

I do not speak German and that is the root of my issue. I signed up online and received my router and SIM card however when I ran into issues. I tried to call for customer service no one spoke English. eventually I tried to cancel it because I had to go with another service that had customer service in English. Again when I had to call to cancel nobody spoke English. After a couple of months of this I had friend go into a local store and was informed that I could not cancel until the end of my contact even though I still did not have service. I then page through the end of my two year contract and closes my bank account because I left Europe and returned to the U.S.A. Still I am getting notices of account balances due I will not pay any more. I have already payed over a 1000 euro  for a service I never received and simple want this to end.

@Need a fix First to quit the contract.

English speaken hotline have o2 now too.

I can understand that you quickly feel lost when you can't find anyone to talk to reasonably in your own language.

If you are already in the USA, you can of course terminate your contract extraordinary.
